For sale is one original hand-signed Shirley Temple 3×5 inch “Best Wishes” note.  Shirley Temple was an amazing woman with a career that spanned acting, singing, dancing and serving as US Ambassador to Ghana and Czechoslovakia.  From 1934 to 1938 she was the number one box-office draw in Hollywood leading her to receive numerous acting awards.  Shirley Temple passed away in 2014, at the age of 85, with COPD being the official cause of death.  This note has been authenticated by JSA and would make a cool item to frame and display for all fans to enjoy.
